"Down to the Rabbit Hole" is a visceral, high-voltage descent into the depths of the human psyche. Developed through my "Archaeological Fission" method, this painting captures the exact moment when logic fades, and the subconscious takes control—symbolized by an intense, chaotic embrace between a figure and a creature of the underworld.
Inspiration & Philosophy
This work is inspired by the psychological phenomenon of losing oneself to the unknown. The heavy, dark fluid strokes form a vortex that drags the viewer deeper into the canvas, while flashes of neon pink, green, and blue pulse from beneath like synapses firing in the dark. It is an exploration of vulnerability and curiosity. To find true raw creativity, an artist must be willing to jump into the rabbit hole without knowing how deep it goes. It asks the viewer: are you brave enough to let go of reality?
