Artwork Story: THE DAY AFTER – "Van Gogh Hangover."

"The Day After" is a visual diary of a long, transformative journey. It began as a simple abstraction, evolved into a complex structure, and for a long time, it existed as a Bridge. But once the bridge was built and life’s "straight lines" were secured, something changed. I decided to let go of the control.

Inspiration & Philosophy
This piece captures what I call a "Van Gogh Hangover." It’s the feeling of the morning after you’ve given everything—after you've built the structures and crossed the bridges. It is the moment you allow yourself to drift away from perfection. The vibrant yellows and greens represent that raw, sensitive state where the world is bright, chaotic, and finally free from the burden of achievement.

Technical Details
A deeply layered mixed-media work using high-quality acrylics and oil. The physical history of the "bridge" remains buried in the texture of the "Archaeological Fission."
